Manntek Dry Disconnects

Manntek Dry Disconnect couplings - sometimes referred to as Drybreaks - are used for the safe, spill free transfer of liquids and gas when connecting between a hose and a tank. The full range is built and tested in Sweden, and approved to NATO STANAG 3756 which is the recognised international standard for the manufacturing of Dry Disconnect Couplings.
These units are interchangeable and compatible with all other major brands such as Fort Vale, TODO, Avery Hardoll etc.

Commonly used on industrial and marine rubber or composite hose applications for petroleum, chemical & solvent products.
Female Dry Disconnect - Hose Unit

The Manntek Coupler also referred to as the Female Hose Unit for obvious reasons is always connected onto the hose. The handles allow the operator to lift the unit and to connect and turn when linking to the Male Adaptor.

Manntek Safety Breakaway Couplings

The Manntek Safety Breakaway couplings were originally designed as a hose connection safety mechanism for situations whereby either a Truck or Ship moves away from it's loading point whilst still connected via Hose. Once a set "pull" pressure is exceeded, the Safety Breakaway Couplings will detach from each other and seal internally. In many operations, this type of coupling is an essential piece of equipment that not only prevents major spillage, but also minimizes down time by isolating the problem so that it can be attended to in a safe & controlled manner.
